Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds:

• For perfume returns, please note that we cannot accept any items if the seal is broken. Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided you send a detailed email outlining your request.
• Refunds are only processed for items returned in their original, unopened condition with the seal intact.
• To initiate a refund, you must return the product within 7 days of receipt.
• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Cancellations:

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
• To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team with your order details.
• If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return under our return policy.
